Flipkart’s servers crash, show “Error 502″ as Moto E goes on sale

Motorola-Moto-E-12The Motorola Moto E just went on sale exclusively on Flipkart but it seems Flipkart’s servers are being overwhelmed with buyers trying to log in. People (including yours truly) were met with Error 502 after placing the order. The error happens when the payment gateway tries to redirect the user back to the retailer’s page. Unfortunately, for some users the payment is getting deducted but the order is not showing up in the order history list.
It is advised that users go for the cash on delivery option at this time or wait till the morning when the situation is likely to ease. The Moto E has been priced at Rs 6,999and we believe it is the best Android smartphone, at least on paper, right now in the sub-Rs 10,000 price segment. You can check out the complete specs of the Moto Ehere and our hands-on and first impressions here.
