Government of Punjab, Pakistan Website Hacked Against Police Brutality | Hacking News And Security ( HNAS )

Pakistani hackers are furious over police brutality on their citizens. Last week it was the website of Pakistan Electric Power Company (Private) Limited (PEPCO) targeted against shooting bullets at protesters.  

Now the official website of Directorate General Public Relations, Government of the Punjab has been hacked.

Hackers from Team Pak Cyber Experts are behind this hack and left a deface page along with a message and an image showing 3 policemen beating a youth.

The message on the hacked Directorate General Public Relations website was left in Urdu language, abusing police for killings and beating men and women protesters.

It all started last week when police raided Qadri’s secretariat office without court orders to remove security barricades. Things went brutal when police shot fires on protesters. 

At the time of publishing this article, the website of Directorate General Public Relations was restored.
